Renaissance event hits all the right notes in Paignton, Torbay!

More than 60 people attended Renaissance Retirement's summer garden party featuring local band High Society.

The company, showcasing its new retirement apartments on Courtland Road in Paignton, hit all the right notes during the day with over £500,000 worth of apartments sold.

Renaissance Retirement has made good progress since its launch in March and is now over 25 per cent sold.

The 38 spacious one and two bedroom apartments next to Victoria Park offer a number of special features including balconies, en-suite bathrooms, patios and mezzanine galleries.

Prices for the one bed apartments start at £160,000 and Renaissance Retirement's sales manager Matt Smith is advising interested buyers to book an appointment to view. Matt said: "The event was a great success and allowed people to get a real feel for the development.

"We are advising that interested buyers get in touch for a tour as soon as possible. There are some stunning retirement flats for sale and we are attracting buyers looking to downsize from the Torbay area and further afield."

Only five minutes' walk from the High Street, it will provide luxurious living spaces ideally suited for downsizers looking to maintain a quality standard of independent living in the region.

The stunning room will also boast a kitchen for owners to use, as well as the on-site concierge to host regular tea and coffee mornings.

Renaissance Retirement was handpicked by HRH Prince of Wales to build the first ever retirement development at Poundbury, Dorchester in the 1990s, and has an enviable reputation for quality build and finishes.

Prices start from £160,000. The company is now planning a second event on August 25th. It's free to attend.
