Rapid expansion for Renaissance Retirement as company hit recruitment milestone

Ringwood based property developer Renaissance Retirement has further strengthened its team with 20 key appointments in the last few months. That brings the total number of employees to 40.

The company has more than trebled its operations in the last 12 months making it one of the fastest growing companies in the region.

It is currently selling apartments at Christchurch, Hartley Wintney, Wareham, Paignton, Romsey, and Haywards Heath.

Renaissance now has plans for over 600 units in the next few years on the back of a further 11 new sites in the south of England.

This year the company’s planning department has been boosted by the recruitment of Peter Tanner who joined as planning director and Simon McFarlane as associate director planning.

Peter is one of the UK’s leading planning experts in the field of retirement housing. Formerly managing director of local town planning consultants Tanner & Tilley, Peter’s knowledge and experience in both housing for the elderly and general planning issues spans more than 30 years.

Other recruits include Paddy Wanless as IT Director, Matt Smith as Sales Manager, Harry Hepple as Land Manager, as well as over 10 new sales consultants. Rob Franklin, Senior Architectural Technician, Louis Penny, Sales & Marketing Executive, Louise Upson, Front of House, Angelo Sturt, Graphic Designer, and Darren Stacey, Sales Administration Manager make up the latest recruits.
