First chance to reserve at number one retirement development in Haywards Heath

Renaissance Retirement is giving buyers the first opportunity to reserve 'off-plan' at its luxury retirement development in Hayward's Heath. The company is expecting over 60 potential buyers at the event at Ockenden Manor in Cuckfield on Wednesday 6 April.

The 34 apartments, which will be known as Fleur-de-Lis, are being built on the former Magistrates' Court on Bolnore Road and are due to be finished in July. The development will comprise spacious one and two bedroom apartments – some with mezzanine floors and balconies – and will include top of the range appliances and sanitary ware. The building also features a sumptuous drawing room, landscaped gardens and guest suite.

Interested buyers at the event will have the first chance to see prices and apartment layouts between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Ockenden Manor in Cuckfield.

"It's the first chance local interested people will get to view the much anticipated plans for the development," says Matt Smith from Renaissance Retirement. He explains:

"We think this is the number one, new retirement development in the centre of Haywards Heath. We have apartments up to 1875 sq ft in size - so who says you need to downsize when you retire!

"As you would expect, we are receiving considerable interest given our location and specification and size of apartments. The promotion has been designed to give buyers confidence to reserve now and begin the moving process – one which Renaissance Retirement can also support."

Chris Wotton, director of marketing added: "The luxurious properties will provide an exceptional standard of independent living for those considering downsizing from a larger family home. We recommend interested buyers come along to see what we are planning."
